I think they should take an appointment in the weekends .
Worst experience with eyebrows, I took with one lady. She was rude even my friend observed the way she talks. Later she moved with another lady, and then I guess owners came in. Nobody helped they spoiled my eyebrows. Even initially only I mentioned how to do and how it should be showing with previous image.
