My friend and I went there for a facial, and the service was excellent and very professional. All the staff were warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Anu—she is incredibly sweet and did my facial so well. I really loved the way she took care of everything and made the experience relaxing. The price is also resonable for facial. Recommended!

Extremely rude staff, especially the person running the place. The professionals seem poorly trained yet present themselves as experts, likely because the business has very little competition in a heavily Indian-populated area. Clients are treated as if they are being done a favor. Very disappointing experience. I would give a negative rating if that were possible.

Worst experiences so far. When you pay for service there is an expectation not to get cut, bruised or wounded . The ladies are untrained so stop pushing them to do what they are not good at . Also stop bitching about the customers when they pay and leave- it’s horrible experience for the customers still at the salon . Pouring hot wax on people is not funny .
