I scheduled an appointment a week prior to my appointment day, however the day of my appointment I arrived 20 minutes early while sitting in the lobby I received a phone call from the doctor office asking if I had a referral, I didn't because I'm already here patient unfortunately I was told I needed one because I was seeing the doctor at her other office. I was shocked nobody would inform me that I needed a referral until the day and time before my appointment, they stated they'd let me know when the office opened. I steppe... read more
Wait time was minimal. The staff was attentive and professional. Dr. Patel was informative and correct in her diagnosis and treatment. She took the time to listen and answer my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and Foot and Ankle Specialists.
I love how she explains everything. How she did a great job, with my surgery on the bunion
