He went above and beyond to answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and professionalism made shopping enjoyable and stress-free. I placed a wedding band order with Helzberg; they cancelled it for no reason wasting my time and causing unnecessary work. Then when I go back to order the same band immediately after it’s cancelled they want a bunch more money. Calling customer service just left me on hold and I wasted more time there also.
I purchased a used ring in September then wore it to a party in March and noticed discoloration stains that appeared rose gold randomly, the store manager said the ring was a two-tone rose/yellow gold. I reached out to corporate to see if they could help, but they didnt, they recommended the ring be tested at corporate which was my only option.
