Ok, so here’s my Helzberg Diamond story… I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from Helzberg Diamonds for my wife’s sixtieth birthday. First time she wears it, a stone falls out. I took it to HD in Deptford to repair it. Now the third time she goes to wear it, another stone falls out. I take it to HD in the Quaker Bridge Mall for repair. It took nearly two months; I was told stories about ‘it’s at corporate’ when I inquired about what was taking so long.
