Lidiya S. And Lisa G. Helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect engagement ring. They were very patient through the entire process and gave great suggestions. They also showed us the stone, scaled up on a giant monitor, which not only sealed the deal, but also showed us exactly what we were getting. Gia is the best sales associate! I went in looking to get a ring fixed and she was able throw around some ideas to make it better and prettier. We were taking some jewelry to be fixed. They spent 20 minutes looking for the record of a piece we bought over 20 years ago. They also honored their warranty and fixed the other two pieces no charge. This is customer service and they back their quality. We will be buying more from them.
