Lidiya was such a help to me & my girlfriend. She spent time going over rings & allowed her to try them on & answered any questions we had. After our visit she still assisted me during the buying process helping me get the perfect ring.
Because of the younger woman working today at Helzberg 1915, they lost a sale! Today, I wanted to purchase a gold crucifix for my significant other and I was told that I couldn’t be shown jewelry while on the phone with his mother to get her opinion on the piece. So I took my business to Kay’s Jewelry and purchased a beautiful piece. Hopefully that employee is retrained or else they’ll continue to lose business!
I had a wonderful experience while shopping for a wedding band. Arthur was incredibly communicative, helped me narrow down the look I am interested in and went above and beyond in looking into special customization and working with Lisa for my follow up appointment. I will definitely be visiting Helzberg for future purchases.

They also showed us the stone, scaled up on a giant monitor, which not only sealed the deal, but also showed us exactly what we were getting. Gia is the best sales associate! I went in looking to get a ring fixed and she was able throw around some ideas to make it better and prettier. Truly a special person who made the experience special and process smooth for a special piece of jewelry. The other associates were also fun and helpful as well.
