I have always had a great experience at Helzberg Diamond. Except the last time I went there we purchased an anniversary ring, the wife wanted to have her engagement ring clean (that’s an added service at checkout time)then was told that we had no record in computer system, so there would be a cost for that service. I ordered a 8:36 in the morning on Thursday I paid for overnight shipping did not receive it and now they’re saying I’m not getting it till Monday Friday, I told the woman on the phone if I could not have it by Saturday cancel my order she clearly said they would ship it overnight to me ! very unhappy. It was a birthday gift now I have nothing to give for the birthday.
