We placed a custom ring order at this location a few months ago. When we went to pick up the custom ring at the overland park location today, we were given an entirely different ring. Wrong color, wrong style and with none of the customizations that we paid for. We waited months to receive a ring that was nothing like the one agreed upon. This could not have been a worse experience. Please save yourself stress and do not shop here.
They helped me untangled this beautiful necklace my boyfriend gave me and were very friendly and glad to help. I highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I are a young couple and went to look at engagement rings to get an idea of what I wanted and a budget. When we went into the store we were greeted and a man was helping us find what we wanted. He was very pushy and it felt like he was talking down on us. He then asked if we wanted to look at some payment stuff but my boyfriend said no because our engagement is long out at that time he walked away to look at something and never came back over, just decided he was done with us.
