I came in to get necklace clasp fixed, and their staff member Miki was extremely friendly and helpful being able to get it fixed free of charge and very quickly! Will be back.
This store is awful. They fixed my watch even though they knew they were not qualified. Sent me home with it and the back fell off. Then they sent it off for over 2 months at this point. Suddenly parts are being ordered and there is no time estimate on when it will be completed, They always act like I don’t belong there even when I’ve purchased all my jewelry there. I dread visiting or calling this store.
We placed a custom ring order at this location a few months ago. When we went to pick up the custom ring at the overland park location today, we were given an entirely different ring. Wrong color, wrong style and with none of the customizations that we paid for. We waited months to receive a ring that was nothing like the one agreed upon. This could not have been a worse experience. Please save yourself stress and do not shop here.
They helped me untangled this beautiful necklace my boyfriend gave me and were very friendly and glad to help. I highly recommend.
