DO NOT TRUST the store manager Cara!! I had some damage to my wedding ring that needed repaired and I took my ring to the Jordan Creek Helzberg location on Monday July 28. I was helped by Emma and Simone and they told me due to the nature of the damages, the cost for repair would be around $364, which I agreed to. I went and picked up my ring at the store after sending it in to get resized. I noticed two really small indents on the band and asked the clerk if there was a way to get those fixed, as they weren’t there before. She said they can send it back in to get it fixed but it wouldn’t be free. So, I left and called the corporate number to see if they can resolve the issue.
