I have been a customer of Helzberg’s for 35 years. During that time I never once encountered poor service. Earlier this fall I had a prong repaired on my ring and the woman who helped me was so nice. Today ( Feb 6 at 12:30 ) I went in to have my rings soldered together- there were 3 people by the register. I received many looks, no smile, no greeting and no help for a few beats too long.
