I would not suggest using this Helzberg location for any custom Lashbrook order. This has been a multi-month ordeal with multiple exchanges needed due to their inability to input the correct ring size into the order. My wedding is in October and I still do not have a ring for it despite putting in the original order for it in early April. The only bright spot has been their willingness in trying to make it right.
Lynda, Justin, and Kathryn were great to work with! I learn a lot and the experience was seamless!
Was very nervous and worked up with anxiety going in to look at rings as I had no idea what I would like shape wise and all but Jill helped me from beginning to end and took her time. She didn’t rush me to decide or push me into choosing something I was not in love with. My entire experience with Jill was by far better than I would have ever imagined going into this chapter of my life.
