Our jeweler Sonja was amazing! We went in to look at wedding bands and Sonja was able guide me on different bands and was so sweet. She was very knowledgeable on what will work best for my ring. We tried on a few and I found two that I love and decided to come back a few days later to purchase them. Sonja helped again and was able to find the best price for me. I purchased two bands from Helzberg and I am so exited to have them arrive. Sonja is the best!
Ask for Justin Gorla when you come in! Nice and helpful gentleman. Went above and beyond to help me get the ring my fiancé wanted!

We had a wonderful experience at this location with Lynda! When the ring I wanted wasn’t in store, she worked to make sure we received the perfect ring in a timely fashion from the distributor.
I have always had such a great experience with Helzberg’s, Quality of jewelry customer service everything has always been on point. Today I went in for my six month check on my jewelry to make sure everything was intact, when I walked in sales associates were standing behind the counter. A much older, gray haired woman, a man and a younger woman, I had never seen the younger woman before there she must be new.
