Came back and Keem Downs is an outstanding salesman and true asset to your business and an absolute pleasure to have met and worked with. Do what you can to hold on to him he will make this company a lot of money and his customer service is top notch.

My fiancé and had a much better experience at the Winston-Salem location. Although we had issues with the location in Greenville, SC, the support online were super helpful from start to finish. We have a promise ring and an engagement ring. I needed the stones replaced and resized. Pam was super helpful and professional and helped rebuild the trust again because we do like shopping here.

My boyfriend and I began designing our engagement rings in August. Gracey told us the process would take about four to six weeks. During that entire time, she repeatedly told us everything was fine and on schedule.
