Great customer service, we were assisted by Alice and Marilyn. Both women were very professional and helpful! Took their time with us making sure we were happy with our wedding band selection and paired my ring with an enhancing band. Very affordable for the great quality of jewelry! You could provide good customer service and fix the problem my dear friend, Kerri Naber, has with the opal engagement stone her husband got from you! Be aware . . . there are multitudes of us who are spreading the word of your lousy service, and how she is being treated. . .
I am sad to say their third party jeweler was lengthening the prongs holding in my beautiful Australian Opal on my wedding ring and they damaged my opal so badly it became dull and changed colors. They never admitted fault and tried to upsell me to a diamond because diamonds do not damage as easily. I was given no retribution for my time, damaged wedding ring or poor customer service.
Just went to buy a wedding band. The saleswoman was wonderful. I found a band I liked and when I went to pay, it was $50 more than it was listed on the price tag. She discussed with her manager and stated that the price of gold has gone up, therefore so have their prices, but the tag on that ring was missed and not listed at the new price. I said I understood but felt the price on the tag should be honored. The manager said he would not honor it. I walked out and went over to Ben Bridge.
