We took my wife’s ring in for the bi-annual cleaning and check up. We received it back with 2 stones missing. When I called customer service, they told me I would be called by the district manager. I haven’t been called. so I posted on their social media- where they ASSURED me I would be called. It has now been 3 weeks, and no one has contacted me. This place always makes you feel special. My husband surprised me and took me to choose my 12 year anniversary gift. They have good customer service and quick They also have a variety of nice jewelry selection �!!
