Today I had a bad experience in the Helzberg at Stonebriar Mall I’m Frisco Texas! I has discriminated on! I went into the store to have my 1st inspection for my engagement ring! I was greeted by Karen! Whom initially I thought was going to be helpful! I was told to wait while she spoke with another associate which was ok.
