Walked in the store and immediately the store employees Maria and Jeff were very friendly. Maria has a very authentic attitude, which I appreciate.
I went in today looking for a engagement ring. First time ever so i have no idea what I’m actually looking for or at. Maria helped me out the whole time and i couldn’t of have asked for any other person to help me out with this life changing experience of choosing a ring. She never forced anything on me and made sure i was well informed on everything as far as the diamond pricing insurance ect. Such a good time and overall 10/10 customer service thanks to Maria!
They were my first stop, and their attention to detail, customer service, and education on what im purchasing absolutely put them in a league of their own. Other retailers could not even show me the ring in a diamond room. I appreciate their care for the process and helping me feel valued as much as the jewelry I purchased!
Maria & her manager were extremely helpful and made our experience excellent. We have used them for all of our jewelry purchases our the first 20 years of marriage & will continue to do so for many, many more!
