Improve Customer Service. Older woman, grey'ish short hair, was rude when attempting to help me. I decided to go to Marks & Morgan Jewelers across from your store and purchased from a very nice Lady that was very informative of the different styles of jewelry I was in the market for.
RecommendedToday I went in to purchase a wedding band for my upcoming wedding, not only was I in there for over 2 hours, Carolyn made sure I absolutely found the band I loved! I swear I tried on every ring that was in that store today 😅 I kept apologizing, because I know I was being a pain due to me being so indecisive! She was the sweetest lady and I was so glad she helped me! She sized me and made sure that I would have my wedding set back in plenty of time for the wedding!
