Excellent Selection We bought all of our wedding rings here. This store had excellent customer service. We plan to use this store for all of our future jewlery purchases.
Been building my mother a beautiful memory bracelet for 3 years and have had one problem after another. Went all the way up the "chain" to have it fixed. My now husband bought my bridal set from Helzberg in May 2015, we got married 11-28-15 and the day after the wedding we took the ring in for the first inspection and was told it was good, while cleaning it immediately after they said it was good, one of the head stones fell out. They sent it off for repair, two weeks later we get the call to pick up the ring.
