Only giving one star because I have to. Purchased two different rings from here- both have cracked on what seems to be a sizing line. (We never had either sized) One cracked within two months of wearing it, the other about six. They refuse to fix it because we won't pay extra for a customer care plan. I will take my business elsewhere to pay to have their faulty workmanship repaired. They don't stand behind their own product.

If you want to experience poor customers service, rudeness, loud tones, attitudes, and racism. This is the place for you! All of these things didn't happen on one occasion, but little old me tried to give them another try. You know what they say? 3rd times the charm and I've had it. I will never step foot in that place again! Corporate will hear from me!

My Daughter tried to return diamond earrings on two separate occasions with her receipt. She was treated with disrespect and the salesperson were very condescending. And was told even though they did have the cash, they would not be giving her a refund.

Even In 2016 black lives and black dollars don't matter to Helzberg Diamonds, so they will never get another one of mine. I will never shop at store with racist and condescending employees

I absolutely love the girls working at this store. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought quite a few rings from this store and have never been disappointed!
