Wow, this place is still open? I was hoping they’d be out of business by now. A manager there quoted me a price and then I told her “I’m going out to the car to get cash, I’ll be right back.” No sooner do I come back in she gives me a price that is not discounted like we discussed just 75 seconds before and she made me pay $40 over what we quite literally just talked about. Went to visit twice during the close out sale. The Hispanic manager has a bad unfriendly attitude. I gave her a pass the first time, but the 2nd time she was the same so clearly that is just who is she and must hate her life and job! There is a pleasant, patience, kind, and friendly salesperson by the name of Nicole and she deserves to be manager based on the skills and knowledge a manager embodies. Too bad they are closing in Feb. I wish Nicole the best in her future endeavors.

Excellent customer service provided by all the wonderful sales Representatives. Purchased diamond earrings at great price! Staff was very helpful,friendly, professional and willing to share their knowledge on different types of stones and jewelry. Thank you ladies!
