Nothing but issues with Helzberg's. We got my engagement ring and wedding wrap there. First off the rep who sold us them suggested the wrap to go with the ring. It never should have gone with because the wrap once sized hits the prongs of the engagement ring and will cause damage. I don't know jewelry well so I didn't know. So COVID hits and we cannot get them sized for a few months. I didn't wear my engagement ring because I don't like how the sizer felt so it stayed in the box. I purchased a necklace her a few months ago that was almost $100 dollars just for a chain to carry a locket with my fathers ashes in it who I lost last March and the latch has already broken. I wear this locket everyday to have him with me and you would think a $100 chain necklace would be better quality but apparently not.
