Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly. Whenever I come in to get my ring cleaned (for free!) they are always positive and make it a joy to visit.
Went to visit twice during the close out sale. The Asian manager Beatrice has a bad unfriendly attitude. I gave her a pass, however my salesperson Maria who I closed my purchase with was pleasant, patience, kind, and friendly salesperson. This store is apparently closing for a reason. Wish them well!
Very courteous and helpful
My favorite store. I've been shopping with Helzberg more than 20 yrs. I started when they were in Downers Grove on 75th and Lamont. Then I started shopping at the 1 in Fox valley Mall,and now they closed. Recently I went to the one in Joliet. Al little far. Lorie took care of me. I told her what I wanted. We got along just great. The nice thing she is friends with Glenda who took care of me at Fox Valley. My shopping experience was great. I'm glad I made the trip.
