On behalf of my brother who called me after he had a very bad experience at the Oakbrook location, I had to post on his behalf. He went there today to pay his bill on his credit card account. He asked to see a watch and then he saw a second watch he asked to see. He wanted to compare them to each other and she refused to let him see both of them at the same time. While I think the jewelry here is pretty, the last three times Philip and I have been here we have been treated poorly. The first time we were ignored out right, and had to interrupt two employees chatting with one another in order to get assistance. The second time we visited, the employee was very curt and dismissive when we were asking some questions. Why I went back a third time is beyond me. At least I can say that my experiences were consistent
