Awesome jewelry! They have a large selection, great parking, online access to their products, repair services and warranty plans. I really like how the staff is friendly and know me by name when I go in. They are willing to help me find the perfect ring and they are patient with me. I also like how they have a credit card to make purchases.

Wedding Ring We purchased my wedding band here. It was put on their lay away plan right before Christmas so we could get the sale price. When I went to pick up my ring two days before our wedding, the sales clerk refused to give it to me even though I gave her the receipt and knew how much was paid and still owed. Rotten warranty I purchased a men's diamond ring from Helzberg's several years ago! Recently one of the smaller diamonds fell out of the setting.I brought the ring to Helzberg's and was told I had to have my warranty before any work could be performed. I drove to our other home, 125 miles away, and found my warranty. I brought the ring and warranty back to Helzberg's and was told my warranty did not cover loss of the diamond.Two years previous the ring was serviced as the prong on tyhe same stone was loose, that service cost... read more
In reply to Duane S. In order for the warranty at Helzberg Diamonds to be honored, the ring should of been brought in every 6 mos. for an inspection and cleaning. You must bring in your inspection card with you to any of the many locations and have the card signed off on. Then, the diamond warranty is honored. Was that the case?
They were sooo nice!!! When I stopped in one afternoon, the sales clerk helped me look at the rings, decide what styles I wanted, so I could tell my fiance, and give me advice and I hadn't even thought of! They certainly lived up to my expectations!
Fantastic staff! The staff here is great. The work they do is wonderful. I would highly recommend Corey as a salesperson. She has been friendly and never pushy when making purchases.
Very pleased with sales staff I have made several purchases at this location. I am very impressed with the sales staff. While they do encourage purchases, there is no high preasures selling.
