I had my wedding set resized and it was a great experience. Wonderful customer service and the turn around time period was fast. Very happy with the quality of work too.
I got an Invicta watch as a gift and stopped in there to see if they could remove a link for me. I was greeted by Heather Mike the store manager she was very friendly. She said she would remove the link for me. She did it on the spot and was very quick at doing it. I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend stopping in Helzberg Diamonds and seeing Heather Mike.
I came to Helzberg for my regular inspection and cleaning and left with 4 more items to add to my collection with no money out of pocket! Madison was very informative on monthly payments and all of the credit options. She cleaned all my jewelry (even the things that weren't purchased there) and explained to me I needed to send my ring in for some prong work. Tony the jeweler had my prongs fixed in no time! 10/10 Helzberg!
The workers were so nice and they helped me with find stuff even with my budget!
