I in no way advocate for Helzberg Diamonds right now, specifically the Asheville store. Since the previous manager Howard left that store has become a great big pile of crap. All thanks goes to Thomas and Cathy who are terrible at managing that store and are terrible with customer service. They are rude, their communication skills are almost non-existent, and though they are classified as adults by age their maturity level proven in conversation does not indicate that. The manager is volatile and a control freak! If anything goes wrong her employees are the first to blame. No accountability or responsibility what so ever. If your newly employed she sends you to Starbucks and other places to fetch food and drinks for her! The environment is not a place anyone should buy jewelry, not a happy place!
Have been dealing with this store for several years now. Always have rings inspected and repaired with my care plan. Howard was always wonderful this store is suffering greatly without him. Called today to check on my rings which have been sent out for 10 days now. They are at the store no one even called to let me know. Live 75 miles away and they have always shipped my jewelry after repairs no problem. Now today all of sudden have to pay the shipping to have them shipped. I love this store!! They all are very nice, call me by name every time I'm in that store, whether its a week or a year from the time I'm in the store!! I always have fun I'm in there and they always have helped with my needs!
I bought my wedding band from this store in 2011. Some of the diamonds had cracked and they could not fix it but thanks to the care plan I had plan they let me pick out a new ring .They all helped me with finding the perfect replacement and we're very friendly.Thanks so much for all your help!!!
