Loved Lindsey and Andrew at Helzberg Troy! Lindsey was super thorough with explaining cut, weight and clarity to my beau and i. It was very informative she let us know what we needed to look gor in diamonds so that WE know what we were paying for. She walked us through the entire process of choosing rings. My favorite jewelry/diamond store!! – I've only visited Helezberg Diamonds on two occasions.The first was a trip to the Macomb store to have gems tested&have a ring guard put in the ring.Wonderful&fast service.My second visit was this morning at the Oakland Mall store. I hadn't planned on going in much less buying anything. very slow service! Not well trained on register transactions!Too long to purchase one item over twenty minutes to check out and no customers in line ahead of me.
