Helzberg diamonds could improve by contacting me in order to arrange for me to pick up the wedding band I paid for in order to get married. It is done and sitting in a safe. Curbside pick up is legal in the state of Michigan. I have not been contacted by anyone to arrange for anything of this sort. You would think there would be some respect for the fact that people need wedding bands by the date of their wedding.

The crew at Taylor was EXCELLENT!!! I had to have my wedding ring inspected and repaired and every person I dealt with throughout the process was incredible! Customer service sucks! That's enough to make me or any of my family ever step foot in there
After having my ring sized then repaired because the solder didn't hold... It's broke again. The few times I've been in there the representatives were snooty. Now off to shop for somewhere to actually repair it.
