I sent my wedding ring (set) to be polished & the Helzberg jeweler completely mangled my ring. He tried to fix it once more & only made it worse. I have since been told that it is not able to be fixed. As of now, I have been waiting weeks for Helzberg to propose a resolutiion. For the record, it is a 4ct set that they no longer carry. I feel like I'm being given the runaround.

Helzberg diamond robbed me 11,000$ thousand dollars. I came to know that they suddenly doubled my payment through cominety bank. I had setup 2400$ per year payment so that i can be completely paid off. Asked to them not to double the to 6000$ and reduce it. In similar cases other services dont rob you. All they want to payment to be made. Based on their recommendation I had setup the online auto payment so that I can pay it fully. First time stopping in to Helzberg on Westnedge, but I will be back! Stopped in just to check out what they had. Erica and Luke did a wonderful job of finding out what exactly I was looking for and helping me find the perfect pieces! My experience was wonderful and I will be returning customer.

I love the Sugarland Helzberg Diamond Store!!! The staff Gloria Salinas, Roberta Jones and store manager, Keith Caldwell are AWESOME!! I picked out a new ring for my husband and a ring guard for myself to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We were leaving for a cruise the following Monday and I wanted to have our new rings On My Anniversary Day. My daughter lost an earring that she bought from the Helzberg Diamonds Eau Claire store. She and her husband went in and Kyle helped them. She called me from the car and was in tears thankful that Kyle had replaced the earrings for her. I called the store and spoke to Kyle to thank him for being so kind to my daughter. She has been going through a very rough time in her life and it meant so much to her. Thank you Kyle for your kindness and your great customer service.

Fiance proposed in September and 3 weeks later a stone had fallen out. Took it to get fixed and our local store manager told us we had nothing to worry about, if it happened again he would take care of us. In February, 2 more stones were loose so we brought it in.
