I ordered a ring back and February and I cannot get a hold of this place. Been on hold with their 1-800 number for 48 minutes; ridiculous customer service even before this COVID stuff.

It took about 2 weeks to have it ordered and be ready but it was worth the wait! They have my loyalty now!
