I traveled 4 hours with specific instructions and communications to the sales rep that due to the time involved I need to be able to purchase, pay, and take the ring with me. I love Helzberg diamonds but the customer service is iffy. When everyone has a customer they ignore you, I walked in trying to get my ring resized and NOBODY acknowledged me. Not even a "We will be with you in a moment" completely ignored. I went to pick up my ring today and we gave the lady my insurance and as we are waiting for a few minutes I turn around and the lady was waiting for us giving us a dirty look because she had been waiting. 1.)
