Great Customer Service We bought my wedding band and some earrings at Helzberg. I had to have my ring sized and they told me it would be a couple of weeks. Imagine my surprise when they called just a few days later and my ring was ready! Very reasonable prices too!
Took wife's wedding ring for a warranty repair. Salesperson quoted $118, stating the repair included refurbishment. Turns out "refurbishment" is a separate service we were charged $35 for (Repair alone was actually $83). Also, the website states prong repair is included, but we were charged $83. Basically, it appears the entire repair (stone replacement and prong repair) should have been free. We feel taken advantage of.
