My daughter lost an earring that she bought from the Helzberg Diamonds Eau Claire store. She and her husband went in and Kyle helped them. She called me from the car and was in tears thankful that Kyle had replaced the earrings for her. I called the store and spoke to Kyle to thank him for being so kind to my daughter. She has been going through a very rough time in her life and it meant so much to her. Thank you Kyle for your kindness and your great customer service.
