Ring was sent to be sized, came back unsized. What they did for 1.5 weeks while sizing my ring, no clue.. They rushed sizing, came back after they said it would. Came to pick up ring during store hours, and they were closed for inventory.. terrible service.. never going to go there again and will tell others my thoughts on store..
