Hard sell – I recently went engagement ring shopping at Helzberg Diamonds. I was helped by Sue. Sue is very knowledgable about rings and diamonds, but was very pushy as a salesperson. When my fiancee and I entered the store and asked about engagement rings, Sue first spent a lot of time explaining how the store is part of Berkshire Hathaway and thus "owned" by Warren Buffett.
