The jeweler ruined my original setting when I brought it in to have a stone replaced. It looks nothing at all like the ring I brought in. The setting was chosen by my mother for me for my 16th birthday, and I am beyond upset that he not only changed the integrity of my ring, but I wasn’t even notified and given a choice.
0 stars!!!!!! Do not ever go to Helzburg! Worst experience you could probably ever have at a jewelry store! I can only name one associate that was helpful and nice which was Lauren. The store manager at the haywood mall location Alisha was very rude and kept talking over me! Didnt care to hear what i had to say! She put me on hold to call my fiance to tell him to tell me they cant really do much and they dont have my refund check i have been waiting for over a month. My boyfriend Chris and myself absolutely loved our experience with helzberg-from showing us what makes a good diamond under the microscope to getting us financing to purchase! We shopped for my engagement ring together because he wanted me to have the perfect ring! Natalie and Crystal helped us out and were truly amazing!! They have made us forever helzberg clients! We purchased the ring this past weekend and I can't wait for the proposal! Will be coming in to show these two ladies as soon as it happens:)
