I took my engagement ring in to be sized up just 1 size. They also looked at my wedding band and we decided both should be re-dipped (white gold). Last Friday was a week. I was told that it should be back on Tuesday (Last Tuesday) and of course the woman was trying to sell me an appraisal for that day which I am glad I did not take, I have no rings! We have bought from Helzberg Diamonds for the last 5 years for all our jewelry and even had friends and family referred to go there since we’ve gone there a lot. They’re really nice when they’re taking your money but I hope you never have real issues or questions otherwise when it does not benefit them you get attitudes and a “it’s not my problem mentality.” I was as nice as possible when asking questions and you get the “oh well” answers! All of my wedding jewelry came from Helzberg, my wedding band and my MOH's gift all came from Helzberg. Last weekend, during Customer Appreciation, my husband and I went to the store for 2 reasons, he wanted to look for my gift for our upcoming 1 year anniversary and I needed to get my wedding ring resized.
