Knows his stuff. Decades of experience but humble and open to learning. Able to listen to a customer’s concerns and ask questions to try get to the bottom of the issue. Very helpful. Although, the issue was not pinpointed in my case, a host of things were definitely ruled out. Which was a massive help. Very thorough and methodical in diagnostic approach. Would use again.

Several attempts made to contact him on Saturday and until this day haven't received a reply. Time waster.
Recently had my Hyundai Ioniq petrol-hybrid serviced by Helyer Autos - they arrived on time, fully expalined everything and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Will use again and would recommend!
