They tried tricking me into getting brake fluid and transmission replaced despite not being near the typical mile replacement intervals. They lied about my battery being 700 cca instead of 450 so it would fail the test. 427/450 cca is sufficient while 427/700 is not. I only wanted an oil change, but they decided to attempt to screw me instead. I'm considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
As always, incredible customer service and quality work. I brought my car in because it wasn't running quite right, and the team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I really appreciated the convenience of getting a text when it was ready and being able to review and pay the invoice right from my phone. I highly recommend them for their expertise, efficiency, and consistently smooth service.
Great service and they give you a heads up on future service needed to give you an opportunity to plan ahead. Easy to schedule.
