Tyler and his dad came over to my house to repair a leaking refrigerant line. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked the through a severe thunderstorm to get my AC back in operation. These two guys are top notch and stayed to do the job right! I have a lot of respect for these guys and the quality job they did. Not to forget Wendy who called me several times to give me updates on when they would arrive at my house. Much appreciated!
During the recent cold snap my heater stopped kicking on. Called Helton and they arrived that same afternoon and quickly diagnosed and fixed my minor issue I was having. 100% will call in the spring to get my AC ready for summer. Thanks.
The whole crew at Helton's is great. I've been using them for over a decade across two different homes, doing everything from quick fixes to an entire unit replacement. Wendy and Tracy are always responsive and stay in touch at all the proper times. Even in bad weather or off-hours they go out of their way to arrange service asap.
