Love the Helton family! They always take good care of me.
I purchased tires from Helton took them and had them rotated every 5000 miles or less. Always had them change my oil also. They told me when I needed brakes and they changed them. Last time I took my car in for rotation tires made a roaring noise. Took car back they said because alignment was off. What I want to know is why they did not tell me this before it became a problem. The tire still have good thread just make a lot of noise. They did price new set of tires. No way!!!
They sold me new tires on 2/22/18. Within a month both front tires were bald down to the metal and both had broke belts. When I went back. I was told it wasn't their problem, and they weren't gonna do anything about it. I was then told to get off their property, as I was getting in my car I said I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I would write a bad review. For over 45 years I've been an extremely happy customer. I have trusted them for my family and friends highway safety. Helton Tire is a historic treasure with the same phone number as the day they started. Consistent ,persistence and honesty has been my experience. The lowest price in town for all these years.
Great price could have got me for $35. But didnt. And no disposal fee for the two tires. Thats my tire place. And its whats left of daltons old buisness.
