John and crew have been to our house three times in the last three years, and I can't say enough good things about them. They solved a multi-day mystery problem we experienced renovating our pool, installed a tankless water heater, and came immediately when our large tree pulled the neighbor's water meter completely out of the ground. John Helton's crew has worked for him for MANY years, which says something wonderful about this company. We would not use anyone else. Excellent work guys!

Called and spoke to them said they would be out the next day, stayed home all day with zero results, wife was home on Monday no one ever came. Called on Tuesday and they thought they had been there. I'm sure they drove by and saw the entire driveway was concrete from front to back and drove on by not wanting to work that hard. They said they woucome out and I said no that's OK. What has happened to customer service these days? If they would have followed through on coming out and looking and said the job wasn't good for them... read more
