The combined help of Dr. Helton, Dr. Ramos and nurse practitioner Cristan Ledbetter, I was able to get just the right mix of treatments to make me feel better. Cristan was very compassionate, listened and provided me exactly what I needed. The entire staff at Helton Chiropractic are always friendly and helpful. Easy to get appointments as well. I would like to tell you a story..... Having had 9 surgeries total, 2 of which were the the same shoulder, living in pain daily and found out I had another labrum tear in that same shoulder along with 4 bulging discs in the neck, I was turned on to PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy). I have seen Dr Helton since 2012. I first saw him for low back issues and sciatic. Upon evaluation, I learned a had a whiplash injury in my neck from something. I see him regularly and feel free to call and see him anytime an issue arises. I recently had a muscle/nerve lockdown on my neck. He helped me tremendously. Took X-rays.
