Jimmy was very helpful and went above and beyond helping me to understand the QDRO process. I was unaware of how tedious the QDRO process was and Jimmy handled everything very professionally. He was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed along during the whole process. .

Jimmy is a professional and is a well respected attorney in middle Tennessee who handles tedious, red tape, bureaucratic style paperwork that few can handle. QDROs are tricky to understand. He explained the process very well. He handled the process very well. He did his job well. Usually it’s in the MDA that many may struggle with (after the divorce decree is issued) this QDRO issue. Jimmy received our MDA and handled my ex and I very well. Nobody wins in divorce. It’s nice to deal with a professional like Jimmy.

I was shocked by the immaturity and unprofessionalism of this contract attorney. We needed to hire someone to file a QRDO during my divorce. From the start he was very condescending and arrogant. He had an agenda of his way or no way. He became really irrated when I asked him to explain the process as I had received conflicting information from my attorney.
