Helton Services was contracted by Georgia Power to repair an underground power line at my home after I experienced an issue where my house was only receiving partial/incorrect voltage. On September 30 around 4:00 PM, Helton Services arrived at my property without me receiving any prior phone call or notification that they would be coming. Very Professional Crew. Kept me informed of all the work they did. Andrew Riley did a fantastic job in customer service and servicing my unit. I highly recommend this company and the job that Andrew did.
I had a great experience with Kyle at Helton Electric. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, troubleshooting my HVAC issue over the phone and walking me through the steps to get it resolved. He was professional, patient, and able to diagnose the problem without even having to come out. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Kyle and Helton Electric for their excellent customer service!
Andrew was very good with explaining everything going on with HVAC (I wasn't present) was very nice and did a great job. Thanks Mike
I have been a customer with Helton for years just getting preventive maintenance services. But I had a breakdown at one of my rental properties inThomson Georgia. and the next morning, I called them and they sent a great technician out Andrew. He really was very thorough and professional. If I could, I would have him come out every time I had a preventative maintenance. Thank you guys for the great service.
