We got what was advertised; a super home. Among the selling points was the high quality of tightness in construction of the house. Energy efficiency will provide a great return on air and heat costs. Wendell Helton’s experience gave us a customized home, including many personal choices. I appreciate his problem-solving skills and his generosity. Helton Construction exceeded my expectations.
Wendell is a great person a very knowledgeable builder , he and his company build very beautiful homes. The open efficient floor plan combined with the small professional touches are what sets Helton homes apart from large corporate mass built subdivisions. Mary and I highly recommend before anyone purchases a corporate track home , that they should look and fall in love with a Helton built property. We can honestly say this will be our for3ver home.
ok, bottom line, moved in dec of 24 in a helton home. gas bills are running avg $42.00 a month dec, jan, feb. do yourself a favor and check out his videos and website showing meticulous engineering that goes into everyone he builds ! this builder cut his teeth building homes in alaska. 2x6 walls, foam and blanket insulation heck the garage stays 60 degrees in the winter. this builder goes the extra mile other builders wont, its called cutting corners and you dont get that with a helton home!! spent many hours talking with we... read more
