Signed up for class at 4:30, was stuck in traffic due to a fender bender and tried to call twice to let them know I was running 1-2 minutes late but nobody answered the phone. Arrived EXACTLY at 4:31 and was already locked out. Knocked with no answer. Absolutely insane to lock someone out for being a single minute late! I purposely waited to review Helse Lagree for quite some time after starting to really get a good feel for the studio, instructors, and the workout method itself. The first time I tried Lagree was in 2018 and it felt impossible, not gonna lie. Fast forward to summer of 2024, when I was nursing a bad shoulder injury, decrepit knees, and some unwanted extra pounds. Helse Lagree is by far the most professional megaformer studio in Bozeman, their instructors are patient, kind and knowledgeable. As an active outdoors person this practice has changed my life for the better. It has helped me recover from and prepare for 2 hip replacements. As a massage therapist the clients I have referred to lagree have also improved their quality of life and movement with regular practices as well.
