I visited this place on Friday 7th Feb 2025 with my daughter who was in pain with her wisdom tooth she had 2 injections to numb her tooth and she said to me dad I am still in pain so as a father I was of course very worried for her.So when she was called in the room they did not give her a 3rd injection but instead went ahead to extract her tooth I her dad was waiting in the waiting room only to her screams of pain.I myself have never heard my daughter cry out in so much pain in my life and I shouted at the door to my daught... read more
Excellent service. From the reception all the way to the Dentist. The Dentist was very kind too. It was great!
Abysmal excuse of an NHS Dentist. Was unfortunately given an emergency appointment at Helsby. Passive aggressive, unsympathetic and self titled ‘dentist’. Ignored my plea at not being numb enough and continued to extract my tooth until I had to physically remove him from my mouth in agony. I would actively avoid Helsby Dental Surgery.
Dr Anand Muraari Chandrasekaran always made sure I was comfortable and at ease during each visit. Everything relating to my treatment was explained in a way in which I could easily understand. None of my questions were considered too small or too much trouble for him to answer. His patience, kindness and expertise truly made a difference. I am delighted with the results of the dental work which was carried out.
