thought I had a roof leak which turned out to be the water tank in the loft leaking. I phoned Simon and he came out that evening and drained the tank which stopped the leak. He installed a new tank the next day for which I was very gratefull--I would not hesitate to recommend him, he is courteous efficient and hard working

I found Simon Helps through a Google search. Boiler not working correctly. After contacting Simon he called round on the same day..... early evening and sorted out the problem & explaining what was wrong. He is friendly & extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend him. Debbie Aldred.

I'm stunned at the service I received, my situation was quite unusual. In short, the engineer chose an amazing act of kindness over making easy money. My boiler had cut out with no hot water or heating, so I called this company to book a heating engineer and they agreed to come as an emergency. The engineer asked me what the problem was followed by a few more questions and diagnosed that my boiler needed pressurising (I'd never touched a boiler, the screen, pipes & valves made me nervous). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon! After reporting that I had no heating or hot water, he came out as soon as he could and was determined to rectify the issue in one visit so as not to leave myself and my son in the cold. Job done.
