Worst ever
Very poor communication. Sent multiple confirmation emails and SMS with diff cleaner names than who was selected online . 2 cleaners showed up at same time. Cleaner was good but something about the communication made me nervous and felt a bit shady
Will not respond to my requests to cancel bookings. I cancelled once, then my bookings reappeared! I have now requested a cancellation again and received no response. Completely unprofessional and an absolute nightmare to deal with. Don't put yourself through the ordeal.
