Five star service. We live in Raleigh and needed a power recliner in Asheville for a family vacation trip. I reached out to Helping Wheels after I read all their great reviews on line. I knew the chair I wanted as I have the same one at home. A Viva Lift Radiance Power Recliner with heat. Love the heat as it helps my back and hip issues. Steve and I talked and texted and he was phenomenal with delivery and service. Don’t hesitate to call and work with his company A+ service. Super nice guy.

Todd was very courteous and knowledgeable on my husband’s power wheelchair! They took the time to correct the many problems and to see things that needed replacements soon! We really appreciated their service ethics and kindness

My experience with Helping Wheels could not have been better. I did my homework on features I need in an electric power chair: weight, folded size, battery life, and stability. I could have bought from Amazon or eBay for the 2 brands/models I looked for. But I wanted a relationship with a reputable dealer who could repair, update, and serve the warranty. My mother lives in Arden NC . Helping Wheels responses to request for quote, came out when they said and came back the same night with quote. They stayed in touch the hold way and it was very obvious during the installation that they have been doing this for a long time. I would imagine they are just as capable for stair lifts and elevators. I strongly recommend helping wheels ...and their entire organization

I can't say it loud enough!! Every employee that I've ever dealt with has been "top shelf" in every way! Knowledgeable, timeliness, dog-determined to get my powerchair back alive and running.
