I bought my dad a wheelchair from Steve. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I called multiple times and he was always available and willing to talk and answer my questions. I highly recommend this company and was so happy to be able to buy from a local company.

I would highly recommend Helping Wheels to anyone in need of mobility assistance of any kind. I recently rented a scooter to attend an event and also to determine what type of scooter would be best for me long term. Steve was extremely responsive from initial contact throughout the process. He went well above and beyond what you would expect to be the standard level of service. They were excellent! Basement was a weird space to get the lift up and down. They said it would be 2 hours but it took 4 since they made sure to adjust it. They tried on one side of stairs and then moved over to the other since it would work better. Also they even changed the light fixture to make sure it wouldn’t hit someone’s head while riding the lift.
