We had the most absolutely wonderful experience with Steve who made a house call to repair an electric wheelchair today. Not only did he get it repaired in no time at all, he was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide on a ramp for our new house. My experience with Steve Chaney when my mother-in-law‘s chairlift stopped working was excellent. He went the extra mile to ensure that my mother-in-law was well taken care of. He installed the first motor and it died prematurely. He made sure that the warranty was applied properly and was able to get us our second motor at no cost. And he showed up and installed it very quickly. It’s obvious that he really cares about his customers and doing a good job.
