The stair chair lift they installed was done efficiently and professionally. They even help to train and coach the user how to use the machine. Hey got a guardian angel at Helping Wheels this year his name was Steve. I was stranded on the highways of interstate 85 in Spartanburg ,NC. My new installation of Harmar lift was sparking fire and my scooter tipping over while I was trying to find somewhere to pull over to seek safety. My adult son suffered a severe broken leg and was recently discharged to his home, still unable to put any weight on the affected leg for at least eight more weeks. This made it impossible for him to safely climb or descend the two steps to enter his house. I found Helping Wheels online and went there to see if they could help. I herniated a disc just prior to our vacation to Asheville, and we called Steve to see what he could suggest. He was incredibly helpful in discussing options for us and came up with a lightweight electric scooter. Not only that but it turned out the house we had rented was not too far from where he lived, and so he dropped it off in the evening just as we arrived! We were blown away by the service! T.Shier
