This HHA agency really sucks! The staff are unprofessional, liars, and confused with nasty attitudes! I even had to tell them off, i’m not having no one talk to me anyway I don’t care who you are or where you’re from! The PCA’s are lazy, inattentive, rude, always sick, and not so in touch with their hygiene. I feel they hire anyone off the street to get a pay check! Please talking about allergies where is it documented on file?! Also if an Aide has a cold, cough, runny nose they suppose to go to the doctor and get a check up... read more
This place is very unprofessional and rude. Every single person there doesn't bother to help people in the neighborhood, especially those from the Spanish community. Who manages this company? When I was leaving, they were playing explicit music outside the store, which is unacceptable for the kids in the community.
