I was given some coconut cream that is showing great promise in healing my extremely chapped hand. It is soft to the touch and absorbs fairly quickly. Also, one of my friends studied Tai Chi with Dr. Wu and thoroughly enjoyed it and its benefits. I am currently learning about the Tapping Technique used in EFT. I hear it, too, is very effective. I many have to upgrade my rating when I'm through with the book.
